CUSTOMER SERVICE EXECUTIVE – URGENT

Job Description

  • Make relationship with local customers as well as nomination customers overseas, take care of all Japanese customers and partners.
  • Co-ordinating with shipping lines/co-loaders to update rates.
  • Receive the quotations from the shipping lines/co-loaders and make the job sheet.
  • Send shipment information to Overseas for approval.
  • Getting the SOP of customers to studying for related department.
  • Updating customer profiles.

Job Requirement

  1. – Male and female from 22 years old

– Fluency in writing and speaking Japanese

– Knowing English as well is an advantage
– Having knowledge in Foreign Trade, Foreign Economic or relevant field is an advance.

– Good computer literate (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint).
– High responsibility, being able to work under pressure.
– Being service-minded, careful, hard-working and positive thinking.
– Honest, passionate, cheerful.
