Sales Executive

– Seek and develop new customers, building strong and long-term business relationships.
– Maintain and protect existing clients and the company’s benefits by strictly complying with policies, regulations, and service standards.
– Achieve the committed sales budget and individual KPIs.
– Proactively identify customer needs and propose optimal logistics solutions.
– Coordinate with internal teams (operations, customer service, documentation) to ensure smooth service delivery.
– Monitor market trends, competitors, and industry developments to identify new business opportunities.
– Prepare and deliver professional sales presentations to potential clients.
– Complete assigned tasks as required by the Sales Supervisor and Manager.
– Provide regular sales reports and updates on progress toward targets.
– Participate in training sessions and company events to enhance knowledge and skills.
– Experience in freight forwarding is an advantage; strong negotiation and communication skills are preferred.

What You Are Good At

– Male and female from 22 years old
– University graduation in the major of Economics, Marketing, Insurance or Business Administration.
– Good knowledge about international trade and exporting market.
– Fluency in writing and speaking English.
– Good communication, negotiation and marketing skills
– Good computer literate (Word, Excel)
– High responsibility, being able to work under pressure.
– Being service-minded, careful, hardworking and positive thinking
– Honest, passionate, cheerful.
