Sales Supervisor
– Archive sales assigned team target and personal target set by management;
– Conduct sales planning, training for new sales representatives;
– Organize and coordinate sales representative schedules;
– Supervise sales representatives, assist them to meet and exceed goals (joint visiting and support/advise customers to provide optimal solutions, support sales representative when closing sales);
– Offering freight forwarding service and logistics core services (inland trucking, ocean freight, air freight, door to door) of the company to customers;
– Constantly looking for new/potential customers and taking care of existing customers (customers are import-export companies from local and overseas);
– Develops and maintains trust relationships with customers;
– Manage customer contracts and quotation process;
– Resolve any issue and problems faced by customers and deal with complains;
What You Are Good At
– Education background: College or higher;
– Having 2-3 years of experience in Sales Logistics/Import Export Activities (NVOCC, FCL/LCL, Air, Warehousing, Inland Trucking/ Customs Clearance…);
– Having a source of customers on hands is an advantage;
– Having well-ability for communicating, agile, speaking fluently, having ability to present convincingly, create a good impression on the listener;
– Having team work ability, share with teams;
– Love business, enthusiastic, proactive, creative at work, persistent, determined to complete tasks;
– English is a compulsory foreign language;
– Report to Country Manager.
